1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Calyraen's cloud hosting, physical hardware, and domain registration services (the "Services"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate billing information.

3. Orders, pricing & billing

Prices are shown at checkout or in a quote. Cloud services bill on a recurring cycle; hardware is billed per order; domains bill per registration term. Volume and negotiated pricing apply where agreed in a quote. Invoices are payable in the currency shown.

4. Hardware & shipping

Physical hardware is shipped worldwide via our carriers. Title and risk pass on delivery. Lead times and warranty terms are stated at the point of sale or in your quote.

5. Domains

Domain registration is subject to the policies of the relevant registry and ICANN. Renewals, transfers, and WHOIS handling follow those policies and the options in your dashboard.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services unlawfully, to harm others, or to disrupt infrastructure. We may suspend Services for material breach.

7. Availability

We target the uptime stated for each service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the affected Service in the preceding period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
